What is the Dress Code?

Formal Attire / Smart Casual. No Gym Wear.  No Facial Tattoos. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on dress code.

What are the Opening Times?

8pm - Late

How do i purchase entry? Are there tickets?

There is no cover charge before 11pm on regular thursday nights. A $5 cover charge applies after 11pm. On lonh weekends, cover charges apply all night, with discounted tickets available online.

What's included in birthday packages?

Birthday packages include free entry for you and all your guests, plus a $100 drink card. To receive the drink card and free entry, the birthday guest and all attendees must arrive before 11PM. After 11PM, the $5 cover charge applies to all guests, except the birthday celebrant. Valid proof of date of birth is required and must be within 14 days before or after the actual birth date. Birthday package free entry is not valid on public holidays. Birthday packages can be booked by clicking birthday packages above.

What forms of ID are acceptable?

Ms Collins licence requires ALL guests to have a valid form of ID.  Accepted ID includes a valid Australian Drivers licence, a valid Australian passport or an Australian keypass.

Please note for patron safety and conform Ms Collins encourages mixed ratio bookings.  Booking a booth does not guarantee entry for all guests and is subject to dress code and having  valid ID.

What is a Senorita package?

A Senorita package enables groups of Ladies to skip the line with priority entry and also comes with a Drinks package.  These packages and the terms and conditions can be found here:

Do you offer passouts?

Ms Collins does not offer passout

No lockout time but we encourage early arrival to avoid queuing
